This underhouse conversion involved adding 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (ensuite and main), laundry and balcony. The 15 tread mono stringer staircase in brush box includes a 3 tread winder section. The floors are polished concrete with slab heating and the outside is flame zone compliant with Skyon clad and windows with automated shutters.
