Church Point 2 Floor Extension

We extended two floors of this Church Point waterfront home on Sydney’s Northern Beaches. The extended balcony includes structural glass balustrade, exterior louvre shutters, travertine look porcelain tile and roof extension. The self contained unit below the balcony was also extended.
